Kiss It Better >. That song is amazing. That guitar riff. If Prince would have came out of nowhere singing, I would have dropped my laptop. Too much heat. Great job Rihanna.

Have I ever mention the hate that I have for the winter? Like why are you here each year and always coming with this same song and dance. This year you played with us. Guess you were too busy getting dressed. Made us think that you wouldn't be coming. Had us dancing and tweeting. Only to show up drunk a month later. I hate you and here we are.

This is my hating the winter look

Sanquon 'Nurse Betty"

Let's start with the shirt.  I have been watching that Showtime show 'Nurse Jackie' lately. It made me remember that I made this shirt and I need to wear it more often. The older I get the more I design and the heavier the rotation becomes.

 Grey stretch
I feel like keeping this grey going. I'm never one to match the jeans and shirt and I want to switch this up. Maybe from all the color rush the NFL been doing. But I'm keeping the pants the same color as the shirt.

 Black Textured Wool Bomber
Since the cold wants to keep coming. I guess we have to put a coat on. I have been in love with the bombers. The light feel gives you the heat you need while not having to walk around with the heaviest of most jackets. Since I went grey on grey with the shirt and pants, changing the color feels like the way to go. This look feels clean. I never wear my jackets all the way zipped up. I let it hang. I didn't want to get too crazy with the jacket. It's there without being in the way as far as the look goes.

One thing I wanted y'all to see is that the bomber fits great on the body. It has the perfect hang and the button at the bottom is a nice touch. The more I look at it the more I might say to give the turtle neck a try. Wearing it under the Sanquon shirt or simply as shown in the picture above.

Talking about the NFL color rush, how about the Vans with the old school color block?  If it's one thing I have a lot of, it's red sneakers. No, I'm not in a gang. I just like the way the color looks. Which is funny since royal blue is my favorite color and I have no blue sneakers. This red sets off on the grey and black scale that this look is made off. Being the hit of pop that the Sanquon shirt also shares, red.

Enjoy this look and be sure to send me pictures of you rocking it. Click the Vans banner below to get the sneakers. The shirt is from my store, Sanquon so click here for the shirt and click the Top Man banner that's also below for the jacket and pants.

Vans Custom Culture was created to inspire and empower high school students to embrace their creativity through art and design and to bring attention to diminishing arts education budgets. Vans believes everyone should be empowered to express themselves creatively and should be given the tools to do so.

Custom Culture is a national high school customization competition using blank Vans shoes to be customized around specific themes. Once your school's designs are completed, they go through a voting process to narrow down our top 50 entries. Then, it's up to your school and classmates to garner votes from the public to choose our top 5 that go on to compete in our final event. Schools in the top 5 are flown out to celebrate their artwork and have noted judges votes on the grand prize winning submission, worth $50,000!

Vivian Banks number one sounds so bitter about something that happen in the early 90's that I can't tell if she making sense of just being petty. I feel that she has valid points but it's tone deaf. You can chew gum and walk at the same time. (This one of them post where you either know the topic or don't/ I won't be sharing the video)

Now this is the type of truck that I need right here. Gives you the feel of being at war while not being, you know, at war. I didn't hit the lotto so it's outta my price range.

It’s no secret that Austrian-American actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has an eye for brawnier forms of transport, including tanks and military grade Hummer H1s. Having acquired just about every notable off-road vehicle throughout his time as one of Hollywood’s defining stars, Schwarzenegger is selling his Mercedes-Benz Unimog U1300 SE 6.4. Available with full documentation and photographic evidence of the man himself taking delivery, the Unimog features a signed dashboard, 1,865.5 miles on the odometer and a hefty price tag of $350,980 USD. As well as a plethora of custom made features, the vehicle features a 6.4 liter turbocharged diesel I6 engine, massive Michelin XZL 445/65R22.5 tires and a Blaupunkt audio system.

This week on The Awkward Minority. Jesus Shuttlesworth & Lady Godiva tackles the tomfoolery that is Manitowoc County in the Netflix documentary series 'Making A Murderer'. Enjoy.

Arguably the most popular silhouette in the ASICS stable, the GEL-Lyte III returns in a brand new “Energy” make-up. Following the likes of Ronnie Fieg’s “Homage” design and dropping ahead of next month’s “Strawberries & Cream” execution for Valentine’s Day, the “Energy” edition of the split-tongued retro comes covered in a “Legion Blue” hue as it adopts a rugged ripstop mesh across its toe and quarter panels. Joining the blue look are thick rope laces and the silhouette’s prototypical GEL-cushioned midsole.

The ASICS GEL-Lyte III “Energy” is available now at spots like the UK’s Hanon.

Last night Kevin Hart debuted his signature shoes on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. I have to say that I am feeling the sneaker. It's a nice play off the old Bo Jackson's which are one of my regulars. Just like the Bo's, this is a cross-fit sneaker. No info on the release date but I will be watching.

One time for the hometown. I first found out about Miss Mulatto from watching the new Lifetime show 'The Rap Game'. I started to cheer for her because she is from the great peach state and I have to support my fellow Atlien. As the show went on, it's clear to see that she is the most talented of everybody. Check out her new video 'Outkast".

I seem to face a problem. I don't know what to think of I-GG-Y anymore. I have been listening to her since the start and that might be the problem. She used to be this dope women that was making whatever on her since deleted Youtube(Freestyle from 2011) channel.  Long story short. She has had her up and downs since that time. I don't want to be the person that say they want the old thing back. To quote Jay-z "Niggas want my old shit, buy my old albums". This song doesn't seem bad. We can call this the warm up. I'm just wanting on that rap smash. I want to hear the bars. That's the problem with the album in which I choose not to say. We know you can rap, so when you do everything but that, it becomes the problem.

2016 is the new year but let's find that old flow. Take this first verse, listen to it and keep that flow this year. The more I listen the more I start to like this song.

Thank You.

That was the words of my mother when I was younger. "You better put a coat on, boy. While you thinking you look good". That's what she would always say. It was like a broken record.I hated to hear the words as I tried to sneak out the house without been seen. I was too fresh to be wearing some coat that would cover up my brand new clothes.

Anyways. This winter has been so nice to us. Global warning is no laughing matter but, man it's been nice to us. For now. It was an nice run and have come to an end as January  has arrived to remind us who's boss.  As a person that hates coat I put together some that I wouldn't mind putting on. As always. Dress Like Javaris is sponsored by Topman and you can but everything listed by clicking the banner below.

Black Suede Biker Jacket.
Michael Jackson, triller. For some reason, that was the first thing that came to my mind when I seen this jacket. Shoutout to Lil Debbie, she the real star of that video. Anyways. From time to time I like to feel like I'm in a rock band. This jacket helps. It's suede, it's black and have lots of zippers. Not too many. Just enough. Put this one with Sanquon's 'Steady Mobbing" and feel like a real badass.

Selected Home Navy Jacket
This is a everyday jacket. It moves from the day to the night to the day again, flawlessly. See what I did there? *Wink, Wink*

Rvlt Navy Short Down Jacket
Somebody told me that it gets really cold in the winter up north. I 'm never one to try and find out. I'll keep this weather down here. Snow is cool when you young. I don't have time to be shoveling the driveway. This one time it snowed so hard in Georgia that the driveway was covered. Not with regular snow. It was a heavy mix of ice. Winter wonderland my ass. After being trapped in the house for two days I was out fighting to clear the path for the car. I almost killed myself. My driveway is on a hill. I could have used this jacket that day.

Peter Werth Grey Coat
This coat is named after Peter. Peter is apart of the PTA and likes to take his kids for Ice cream after dinner and for walks in the park after the Ice cream. He helps the kids with the homework while his wife cooks the dinner, as smooth jazz plays in the background. He loves his wife and tells her she's the sexy mom on the block. Dad jokes. But this dad is not like all the other dads. He's the dad with style. Cause he got this coat.

As stated above. All coat are available by clicking the banner.

23,999 backers pledged $1,911,827 to help bring this project to life. Blue Mountain State is back, baby. To say we have been waiting would be an understatement. The kickstarter to bring the popular Spike TV show 'Blue Mountain State' was started in 2014 and within a month had raised the 1 million goal budget and came in close to 2 million. Most people, including myself was promoting like crazy. So I was really happy to see the funding goal be reach. Cause I for one, wasn't about to pitch in 1 million. Seeing that I don't have that.

No release date for the movie just yet. Enjoy the clip.

Better Call Saul. The show that I named as the best of 2015 is back for season two. He's just trying to make a dollar outta 15 cent. I love that this show takes us to the start and walks us to the point of when he becomes dark. He really cared in the start. I wonder when will he reach the moment that made him turn. He seem to be getting to the edge at the end of season one.

"Remember if anything bad happens to your sister just call me at work, then I will come home and put you through that fucking wall...have a good day princess" One of the on going things in the show is walls. Putting the kids (The boys) through them. I love. It was one time when the older one thought he had an answer to the notion that he could be put through a wall. Since they were outside "But dad there aren't any walls outside". He just knew he had him. Shook. "I will build a wall just so I can put you through it". Well, that rounds goes to the dad. Like all of the rounds I heard.

Set in 1973, Frank Murphy is a 42 year old husband and father of three. He works his ass off five days a week at the airport, managing the baggage department for Mohican Airways, a medium-sized regional airline. He fought in Korea and dreamed of being a pilot – a dream that was permanently deferred when he got his girlfriend Sue pregnant. Now 15 years later, he’s married to Sue and has three kids, Kevin, Bill and Maureen. The closest he gets to flying a plane is pulling luggage off it.

Frustrated with life, Frank’s a man with a deeply ingrained sense of what’s wrong and what’s right, and that sense gets a workout as Frank finds himself buffeted by winds of change that he doesn’t understand or like. He’s perpetually aggravated by his kids, his cool neighbor Vic, phone salesmen, his workplace, commercials on TV – you name it, Frank can’t stand it. In the end, Frank loves his family and he wouldn’t trade what he has for anything in the world... but he would listen to the offer.

It's only one problem I find with this show. It's only six episodes. I'm not liking that at all. I want more. I'm hoping for a season two. Season two with at least 10 episodes. I really want 15 but that seems like a reach.

Available on Netflix. If you don't have the app you can  download it below.
