Nike Air Structure “Grey Fog/Black”

Nike‘s Sportswear division has a duo of models that are celebrating its 30th anniversary this year in the Air Huarache and the Air Structure. The latter, after being unveiled in a “White/Neo Teal” colorway, has just launched its “Grey Fog/Black” and “Black/Smoke Grey” palettes.

The “Grey Fog/Black” iteration is the slightly more playful version of the two as appealing “Lapis” pops are distributed to the leather Swooshes and eye stays as well as the branding on the tongues and heels. Its perforated mesh underlay goes for a simplistic white and comes complemented with “Grey Fog” TPU heel molds and leather forefoot overlays in addition to stealthy suedes applied to towards the mid-foot and rear. Midsoles are prepared with more grayscale color-blocking on the lateral sides while the medial sides usher in a subtle splash of “Lapis” towards the back end.

Its release sibling is one that is exclusively reliant on neutral tones. Black makes the biggest statement here as it cascades over the mesh base layers and accompanying mid-foot and heel overlays. From there, “Smoke Grey” notes spill onto the forefoot and angular rear molds, as well as the tongues. Angelic finishes are then shown off on the Swooshes and upper’s branding. Midsole pieces continue its motif by sporting white backgrounds with nominal tones.

Both offerings are available right now via Nike for $120 USD a piece.
