Tommy x AAPE

Tommy Hilfiger and AAPE by A Bathing Ape have teamed up again, creating a unisex apparel collection, which dropped earlier today.

The winter-approved collection features skater-inspired outerwear, a collectible graphic skateboard, and a variety of accessories to help transition consumers into the early onset of spring. In its second iteration, Tommy x AAPE explores primary colors: punchy, plaid motifs complement assorted graphic pullovers and T-shirts.

The collection pays homage to local New York City-based skaters Kyota Umeki, Lucinda Jacobson, Brandon Scott James, and Hank Korsan, accompanied with documentary-style visuals, seamlessly blending AAPE’s classic camo print with Tommy Jeans’ plaid detailing. The apparel is colorful and understated – a perfect symbiosis of streetwear and skater youth culture. Traversing the Lower East Side to Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, Tommy x AAPE celebrates the unique union of skate culture with fashion and music and the communities that weave within three.

The colorblock reversible vest is an honorable mention for winter layering. Consumers will find a variety of two-tone, cold-weather essentials from heritage beanies, branded denim overalls, and a two-in-one jacket featuring a cool-toned buffalo check motif and interior plush teddy lining.

Shop the live collection on both Tommy and AAPE and select flagship stores.
