This one is for us short people out there. Tavon Austin is like video game speed fast. They just give him the ball and he is gone. Can't wait to see what he will do in the NFL. Just hope he have a bad day when the Rams play the Falcons.

Let me start off by saying that TopMan is having a sale. Pretty big one. I'm talking about 70% off, new stuff being added daily. For the meantime at least. Wanted to share one of the things I ordered. Skinny blazer, and a beanie. When I was young,  she hated when I wore beanies in the summer. Used to drive her crazy, like it was her head. I had a lot of hair, I didn't get hot. She can't stop me now.

I like skinny blazers over big ones. They (big ones) just make you look like you can't find one that fit. Or you just hoping to grow into it, or just growing out of it. Skinny blazers make you look nice. Give them a try and check out the sale. You're Welcome.

On July 5, 1946, French designer Louis Reard unveils a daring two-piece swimsuit at the Piscine Molitor, a popular swimming pool in Paris. Parisian showgirl Micheline Bernardini modeled the new fashion, which Reard dubbed "bikini," inspired by a news-making U.S. atomic test that took place off the Bikini Atoll in the Pacific Ocean earlier that week.

In an age where designers are frequently performing their duties behind a computer screen, there seems a lack of a true relationship between the creator and the materials he or she creates with. The new MAKING app by Nike was introduced to help serve as a liaison between this disconnect, helping designers to see the environmental implications of the materials they choose, based on the use of four elements: water, chemistry, waste and energy. The comparative system, which is based on Nike’s Materials Sustainability Index (MSI), rates each material (i.e.: polyester or silk) out of a possible 50 points. This gives designers increased control over the sustainability of their pieces, as it helps them understand the direct impact of their choices. The app is available for free on the iTunes store.

I love Erykah style. It's all her. That was on full display last time when she took to the stage with K Dot. Speaking of dots, I love the dots on her face. I didn't notice that she had her shirt on backwards though.
