As err body (Look up above) know, the walk was this past weekend. It was so much fun that it took me till today to recover. It's always great to see so many people out. 15,000 people out to support the fight against Lupus. It was extra special this year. Ghadir and the JJ's came. Along with her sister and Trish and Jayla. Today is the best day. The day will have been waiting on, all year. We have been raising money for Lupus and this is like the victory lap. The victory lap for meeting our goal. I'm proud of Team Elite for coming together again for another year of raising awareness and fighting for a cure for Lupus. It has been truly amazing. The team has grow this year. Getting stronger. So join us and the rest of the Georgia teams, as we take this victory lap today. In the name of lupus.

In all seriousness. As some of you know, both my brothers have Lupus. Lupus is:
Systemic lupus erythematosus Listeni, often abbreviated as SLE or lupus, is a systemic autoimmune disease (or autoimmune connective tissue disease) in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks normal, healthy tissue. This can affect the skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs. And can result in symptoms, such as inflammation and swelling. When the immune system is functioning normally, it makes proteins called antibodies that protect and fight against antigens, like viruses and bacteria. Lupus causes the immune system to be unable to differentiate antigens and healthy tissue. As a result, the immune system directs antibodies against healthy tissue, which causes swelling, pain, and tissue damage. Although the underlying cause of autoimmune diseases is unknown, most doctors believe that lupus results from both genetic and environmental stimuli.
As of right now they're doing pretty good. Taking lots of pills. I swear they rooms looks like they sell drugs. So many empty bottles. Jokes heal the soul, laugh everybody.
