You know what Sunday is made for? Laying in this bed on my laptop. Working on things while I give new Tv shows a chance. Which reminds me I need to put out a TV show post.

Anyways. Some people don't seem to get that. So now I have to leave my house to go to places on this day of rest.  I'm joking but really, ugh.

SanQuon Square

New SanQuon for ya cause you been asking. Nice bright colors for the turn of the new week.

 Camo Joggers

When did H&M make the switch to xs-3xl? Let's go back to the jean sizes, please. Not really big on this. It leaves the in-between sizes. Anyways, with the change also comes a switch in the way the joggers are made and design. Lots more styles than before.

 SanQuon Beanie

I have been trying to wear the beanies as long as I can before this spring comes. I'm not ready but ready.

4-pack Bracelets

I have been on my skull gang shit lately. It's high school all over again.

Wanna walk on the clouds? This is how you walk on the clouds.

Let me go ahead and get outta here. I can feel the text coming.

Medicom Toy is once again teaming up with the estates of Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat for the fifth installment of its limited-edition BE@RBRICK collaboration. Continuing to exemplify each artist’s unmistakable style, the two new iterations hone in on Haring and Basquiat’s renowned influence within the realms of pop art, graffiti, neo-expressionism, and more.

Offered up in 100% and 400% sets as well as a 1000% version, the Keith Haring BE@RBRICK sees the Japanese figurine doused in the artist’s iconic Pop Shop style. The Jean-Michel Basquiat BE@RBRICK showcases the artist’s enigmatic aesthetic whereby characteristically-spontaneous lines paint a disfigured individual that’s been placed on the collectible’s head, chest, and legs.

Take a detailed look at both BE@RBRICKs via the gallery above. They are available for preorder via Medicom Toy’s CJ Mart webshop, with 100% and 400% sets retailing for ¥13,200 JPY (approximately $120 USD) and 1000% figures priced at ¥52,800 JPY (approximately $475 USD).

Vans is adding a psychedelic twist to its iconic checkerboard motif, offering the ComfyCush Era and Old Skool with vibrant tie-dye squares.

While both silhouettes arrive in polychromatic hues of purple, red, orange, yellow, green and blue, the Era’s tile gaps are filled with white while the Old Skool’s take on the opposing color of black. Branding hits can be found on the traditional red heel plates, with the Era holding an additional tag by the stitching. Both iterations rest on white midsoles, finally tied together with white laces for a clean finish.

The Vans ComfyCush Era and Old Skool “Tie-Dye Checker” are both available now on the Vans online store, priced at $65 USD and $70 USD respectively.

In case you were wondering. The Brooklyn show went great. Lady Godiva left people without words. They still talking about it.  You don't have to take my word for it. Watch the video.  It's right in yo face. Enjoy.

Now what started as this one-stop has turned into more. Now I need to get more suits. All my old ones are too big. This is funny since I didn't wanna spend too much on clothes this year since I been losing and still losing weight.

Skinny Fit Blazer

I haven't picked the final for this look but I know that this will be the blazer no matter what.  I have have been feeling the grey lately so I know I'm set on this one.

Skinny Fit Suit Pants

This is where it gets tricky. I don't know if I want to wear this black or switch it up and stay simple with the grey. For the cocktails, I always feel like the mismatch is too much for the night. It doesn't feel right to me. I'm rolling for now.

Slim Fit Easy-iron Shirt

If I do go with this look, I have to let the colors do all the talking. I can't get into the pimp by look not by profession with this one. Multiplication with the colors leaves for the fit to be color-blocked only. It's levels to this.

Satin Bow Tie

duh.

I haven't picked the shoes yet but they will be something black. I just want to know what y'all think about this look. I know it's simple for me but is this too plain or too bright for a night event? Let me know in the comment section.

Hi, it's Lady Godiva. Nah, it's not. It's the boy J.Squire (I'm being funny, I hate people that say "The Boy"). Anyways. Welcome to my episode of Interpret My Words. In this episode I break down the artwork and thoughts that went into "Silence Took Me". Lady Godiva went deep with this one and it's my favorite from her. So many levels. I enjoyed making the artwork. I work you enjoy the video.

If the cold winter season has you craving a splash of color, Nike has the perfect release in store for you. Following its enigmatic celestial collaboration with UNDERCOVER, the sports giant is now turning to a more vibrant shade for the React Presto, bringing neon back for a welcome spin.
The new colorway sees the silhouette’s upper entirely doused in Beaverton’s iconic “Volt,” offering a refreshing break from the darker tones we often see during this time of year. The color completely engulfs the shoe, from its mesh panels and nubuck overlays to its laces, the TPU cages by the midfoot, and even the fine detailed stitching. To make the pair even more eye-catching, Nike has implemented a reflective stripe along the heel tab, leading down to five small but noticeable round reflective dots. The upper is then paired with a clean white React midsole ensuring added comfort, wrapped up in a more traditional “Gum Light Brown” rubber outsole in the signature zonal design of the futuristic model.

For those interested, the Nike React Presto “Volt” is now available over on the company’s online store, retailing for $130 USD. Head over to grab yours now.

adidas releases its latest EQT Solution colorway, one that is strikingly similar to the highly popular YEEZY BOOST 700 “Wave Runner” from 2018.

The Solution shown here highlights a few elements from the Kanye West-developed chunky sneaker almost to the shade — a light grey upper is accented by pops of neon on the laces and splashes of green. Besides the oversized chassis and raised midsole, the most same-same-but-different design cue comes in the orange splotches, acting as color highlights much like the Wave Runner had. The only difference lies in the batch of three as compared to the YEEZY’s two. Subtle Three Stripes branding is also found around the shoe — atop near the laces, in a triangle close to the tongue, as well as forward on the midsole near the toe.

Should these EQT Solutions be up your alley, they are available now at stockists such as Foot Patrol for £90 GBP (approximately $117 USD). If you like the silhouette but aren’t too into the colorway, check out the more subdued “White/Dark Blue/Solar Yellow” EQT Solution from December.

 2019

I feel myself yelling "Beggars can't be choosers, this ain't Chipotle" at random times of the day. No reason, songs not playing just letting it out. Cause this is really not Chipotle.  Okay, okay, okay. This year has been rolling and I just hope the good times follow.

Here are the top five posts from my blog for the month of January.

LeBron James‘s signature Nike line has put forth a veritable smorgasbord of appealing silhouettes over the course of his 17 NBA seasons, but one of the most memorable is the LeBron 7 “All-Star,” a bold makeup that’s set to return for the first time ever. The timing of its revival is nearly impeccable: James was recently named the captain of the Western Conference team for 2020’s NBA All-Star Game, and it’s been 10 years since he debuted the style during 2010’s contest in Dallas.

“Chlorine Blue” is the primary shade used on the LeBron 7 “All-Star.” Although it was crafted to match the 2010 contest’s uniforms, it just so happens to be a perfect accompaniment for the Chicago flag-and-transit-inspired 2020 ASG uniforms as well. This bold blue hue is accompanied by plentiful amounts of black detailing, ranging from the supportive Flywire on the quarter panels to the jet-black Swooshes, trim, throat, laces and midsole. LeBron’s “L23” logo appears on the medial heel, his signature graces the tongue and a small medallion is placed on the lateral heel. There’s also an woodgrain-style print on the mudguard and tongue for extra texture and a clever nod to Dallas’s car culture.

Multiple All-Star themed details are present as well, although you do need to look a little closer to find them. Insoles feature lasered leather patches with ASG-specific iconography. “East” and “2010” are split across the right and left laces respectively, a reminder that King James was leading the Cleveland Cavaliers instead of the Los Angeles Lakers a decade ago. Full-foot blue Air Max cushioning units provide signature comfort and support, while an icy blue outsole with a holographic medallion completes the look.

The Nike LeBron 7 “All-Star” will release on February 7 via BSTN, but Foot Locker has a drop slated for February 8 and other retailers are reporting February 12. The MSRP is set at $200 USD.

Converse‘s ultra high-top ERX-400 EW Hi has returned in a Los Angeles Lakers-esque color scheme. A classic silhouette that originally released in 1988 and was worn on-court by NBA Hall of Famer Karl Malone, the ERX-400 EW Hi was crafted for maximum support and durability. These two traits have helped it live on as a bold, bulky casual sneaker — one that even received a MASTERMIND collaboration in 2019.

This Lake Show-inspired style features a towering white leather upper, complete with a vast assortment of panels, perforations and plastic eyestays. Purple and gold add importance to the shoe’s branded hits, of which there are several: CONS graphics appear on the tongue, collar and heel, while a classic chevron takes up residence on the quarters.

More yellow appears around the large collar overlays, with final hits of purple spread around the heel, forefoot and outsole. ENERGY WAVE midsoles proffer retro cushioning for a nod to other late ’80s-early ’90s Converse hoop silhouettes, and a printed graphic on the sockliner completes the look.

The Converse ERX-400 EW Hi will release later this month at Converse Japan for a tax-included price of ¥14,300 JPY (approximately $130 USD).

They say when you make plans, God laughs. Boy, was she laughing when I put this look together. That New York weather is nothing like this Georgia and I know that. I still wanted to push pass with the look and it's not gonna happen. It's gonna be snowing y'all. Snowing, snow.

So we not gotta do nothing with this look but show it off in this blog post. I'm lying I'm going to wear this tomorrow. While still in Georgia.

SanQuon COTN Hoodie
It's pretty funny that most people don't understand that this is making fun of not joining the....nevermind.

Denim overalls in black

I wanted to go with something that would be something that you find in the south but being in the middle of New York. Something like a country jungle.

 SanQuon Logo Bean

With the Black overalls being the biggest piece in the look. I wanna give some offset to the look. I'm going with the white and the red.
