Banana Cream Pie chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 large egg
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cup flour
    3 tablespoons banana cream pie instant pudding
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips semi sweet is okay.

 Instructions

•     Heat the oven to 350.

•     In the bowl of a standing mixer combine the butter and sugars and mix for one minute. Add the egg and vanilla and mix again until combined.

•     In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, pudding, baking soda and salt. Add to the mixer and mix for another minute. Add the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate chips are evenly in the dough.

•     Spoon the dough into balls on the cookie sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes. Eat immediately or I guess wait if you can.
