Pardon the photo, the light in the kitchen needs to be changed. It gives off this dim glow. Like in the movies, movie kitchens when they chopping up meat. It's actually pretty bad ass.
Anyways.This was a nice mix I put together. I'm not ready to put out a recipe for it, as I'm still testing and switching out things.
As it stands right now,
1 pork chop.
Corn.
Cheese
Salsa
Rice.
Sour Cream
I'm going to add black beans and lettuce and maybe some peppers.
